Kenarava Group convened the first-ever youth-led agribusiness dinner event on December 14, 2017 at the DusitD2 Hotel in Nairobi Kenya. The event assembled farmers, agribusiness stakeholders, young innovators, enthusiasts, government and private sector leaders, and corporate Kenya all under one roof.
The forum featured a panel discussion that was presided by the event’s keynote speaker, H.E. Noah Gal-Gendler (Israeli Ambasador to Kenya) – which focused on subjects surrounding the role of agribusiness in solving current economic issues in Kenya.
The first Kenarava Agribusiness Dinner gave birth to a series of indoor and outdoor agribusiness forums that have resulted in the late 2018 signing of an MOU between Kenarava Group Ltd. and AgriProFocus Kenya – to jointly implement the nationwide PAINT-Y intitative.
As a start, 2018’s Kenarava Agribusiness Dinner has been upgraded to become part of the annual National Youth in Agribusiness Forum (PAINT-Y) to take place for the first time in November 2018.
