Conceptualized to be an annual event, The 254 Youth Entrepreneurship Awards & Mentorship Program gives young entrepreneurs an opportunity to get recognized for their entrepreneurship prowess, meet and network with Captain’s of Industries, potential investors and business partners. The Awards will celebrate and reward genuine efforts of young men and women making strides in their chosen sectors. The platform will also provide these young trendsetters a platform to promote their brands.

254 Yeamp Mentorship Program brings together captains of industry to mentor young entrepreneurs with winning enterprises for a period of one year. The goal is to help young budding entrepreneurs stay in business and provide business insights on how to grow and sustain their businesses.

It targets entrepreneurs who’ve been in business for more than 3 years.
